Registration Pricing
GSDDS Members: $300; Non-Members $400; PAs, NPs $200
Hotel Information:
UPDATE: As of April 28, 2026, we are sold out and past the cut off date for our group rate. You are welcome to check the Ritz for general room rates or check in to some of the other options around the island for lodging.
Healthcare Providers who have registered, paid and been verified, will be sent a link to book a hotel room. Rooms at The Ritz will be limited to one (1) room per meeting attendee. Additional rooms booked within the block will be cancelled. Call-in reservations unavailable. Rooms in the block available on first come, first serve basis and until Tuesday, April 28 or until sold out.

Registration Cancellation Policy:
By registering as a meeting attendee, I agree and adhere to all policies and regulations. I guarantee payment in full due to the amount indicated on the registration form. If for any reason, the meeting must be canceled, management is not liable for any costs other than attendee registration fees that are already pre-paid. If the date or location must be changed for any reasons beyond management's control, it is agreed that pre-paid registration fees are non-refundable as a date or location change will be provided. Should I decide to cancel this agreement and withdraw my registration, the refund/cancellation policy is as follows for registered attendees:
Cancellation 30+ days prior to meeting - 75% refund
Cancellation 29-15 days prior to meeting - 50% refund
Cancellation 14-11 days prior to meeting - 25% refund
Cancellation 10 days or less before meeting- NO REFUND
Special Note:
Medical Students, Residents, and Fellows:
- If you are a resident/fellow with these Georgia programs (Emory, MCG, PCOM), please communicate with your Program Director. The GSDDS has a special partnership with these programs and you do not need to register through this link.
- If you are a resident/fellow/medical student outside of the Georgia programs listed above, please email amanda@theassociationcompany.com for a registration code. Please note, a separate block of rooms has been arranged at The Residence Inn for these individuals , with shuttle transportation provided to and from the conference venue. Instructions on booking will be sent separately. Rooms in the block available until Tuesday, May 11 or until sold out.
Healthcare Providers Affiliated with Industry Partners: Registration shall be at the non-member rate. Attendance approval and access to the hotel booking link require your company to be registered as an official sponsor of the program. Sponsorship must be Ruby-level or higher.
