Registration
Registration Fee: Complimentary 
The GSDDS is delighted to offer this event at no cost to members. We will require a deposit equal to one-night's stay (taxes and fees) at the time of registration. This will reserve your spot for the retreat and be applied to your hotel bill. 
GSDDS Group Rate: $329++/night (Fees include 13% occupancy fee, $5 motel fee)

*IMPORTANT - Please read*
Once you register for the meeting, a reservation link will be emailed to you with your confirmation. You will need to reserve a room for the length of time you plan to stay. The GSDDS will not reserve a room for you. The GSDDS will simply apply your deposit as a credit towards your final hotel bill. 

Cancellation Policy
Cancel by Thursday, January 9, 2025 to receive a full refund of your deposit. If you do not cancel by Thursday, January 9, 2025, you will forfeit your deposit made during retreat registration. Please understand this policy is in place because we have an obligation to The Ritz-Carlton.  Any cancellations after Thursday, January 9, 2025 will impact catering and meeting planning services and will therefore impact the GSDDS.
